The Fencing Athlete

My name is Adam Watson. I am 24 years old and have been Fencing for 13 years.

I have made several Cadet and Junior World Teams, and competed in two Senior World Championships for the United States in 2013 and 2014. Having experience in Foil and Épée,  I participated in NCAA Championships in both, earning All-American Honors in Epee my Senior year at St. John’s.

In addition to competitive experience, I have refereed nationally since age 16, and have high school coaching experience as well.

I hope to write on a broad array of topics, sharing my experiences and understanding of the various aspects of the sport.
